The staff is really nice, but they’re so slow even if you book an appointment it’s like you just walked in without one but I understand that sometimes they can be short handed.

Horrible!!! Seem to target woman and give them a ridiculous price for things that aren’t broken. Happen to me and this older lady when I was there for an oil change took it back because it was leaking oil didnt want to acknowledge the problem that it was normal. They ended cracking the oil pan and striped the bolt. Went back for a tire that was cut on the side. They said it was patchable and “patch” it.
