Got a text from LS. Suggesting a tire rotation. I went by the store and was told it would be an hour or more. The receptionist said it would be better and quicker with an appointment. I made one. I showed up for the appointment and was told there were several people ahead of me. Wait time: one or two hours. Not the first issue I’ve had at this LS.
