A great big THANK YOU to Les Schwab Tire Center in Logan, Utah!!!! I had a flat tire on Sunday that my wonderful son-in-law Victor Guereca, changed and put my spare tire on. That was a great help! And then on Tuesday I went to Les Schwab to have my tire fixed and put back on my car. Well, Les Schwab was so wonderful!! They fixed my tire, put in back on my car, and put my spare back where it goes. When I asked how much I owed them they said, "Nothing, it was complimentary." I have dealt with this Les Schwab for over 6 years, when I moved to Logan. This morning I went to have a flat tire fixed and the manager, Nate, refused to fix the flat, but wanted to sell me 3 new tires instead. yes there was some wear on the right front, but my flat was on the right front. He never even looked at the flat. I am so disappointed!!!! They have lost my business.
I will definitely do business here again. Fast, friendly, and exceptional service! I visited there this morning to get a tire fixed. My first experience with Les Schwab was an awesome one! Thank you!
Dont do business with them they dont fix tires in a way that is safe or legal.
We have bought Wheels and tires from these guys for YEARS. I never checked against other prices because I thought I was getting a good deal. Long story short a buddy told me they are a rip off. I shopped around and he was right. I have been ripped off for years. . Les Schwab told me they don't do price match so they have lost my business.
