Had issues with my truck when I got it back after they serviced my rear brakes. Started pulling hard right whenever I applied the brake and pedal was softer than when I brought it in. I called and was told they didn’t bleed the rear properly and to bring it back would be a quick 30 minutes. After an hour I was told they were going for a ride and that I should be getting my truck back soon. My most recent experience was warm and welcoming, fast and efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, accommodating and exceeded my expectations. The emphasis that the staff provided for customer was (and always is) outstanding. My recent visits with the staff have felt genuine, supportive, and determined to assist the best way possible. Each staff member is wonderful there. One member consistently assists me every time I go in for a random issue on my car. He is the best, thank you Dylan.
