I made an appointment for tire rotation, oil change, and TPMS service as 2 weren't working. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment and said I was waiting for it. 2 hours later, Liz tells me 2 of the TPMS sensors need replaced. I said I know that's why I wanted them fixed and noted it. After 2 hours, I assumed this would have been completed by then.
