Came in for a brake issue and was immediately quoted ~$1600 (quadruple what I expected to pay) with calipers, framed as ‘policy’ and necessary. When I pushed back, they double downed and beggared me into agreeing. Ended up only doing front brakes, which fixed the issue. I should have been able to get all 4 brakes done for half that price. 2nd time I’ve stopped here with a trailer problem in the last 2 years. Both times was given high quality professional service and true value for my money. Chris (assistant manager) took the time to help me personally. He went the extra mile all while exhibiting a high level of can do attitude and spirit.
