Smokey point is real they came running i like the oil change add on perfect fit.
I'm overcome with gratitude with the service yesterday. Seth, Chris, and Elliot went above and beyond fixing two ball bearings hubs that were a surprise when I just went in expecting 4 new tires. They all worked overtime to ensure my safety, instead of making a more convenient appointment. Thank you, thank you, men! You are my angels!!!
This place was awesome! Great service, came in because my car started to make noise while turning. They got it repaired and helped give me a great deal for new tires. They did it as fast as they could, while giving great advice!
I was there at 1:30 pm for a flat tire and was told that I would have a 2 hr wait. I agreed. Many people who walked in after me got served and left. I was told that I needed to wait for a bay to open at 3 pm. At 4:15 they started working on my car outside of the shop. They found a leak in the tire after a second check at 4:30. I was able to leave at 5:20 pm. Almost 4 hours later! The moral of the story is: 1. They do not value their customers' time; and 2.
