I stopped by for a quote on a lift and tires for my new JEEP Gladiator. Seth was quick to get me an answer, we walked over to the tire rack and selected the tires I wanted. He said we could get it done today if you'd like, we have everything in stock. I said, lets do it! I'm very happy with the work that was performed, and my truck looks and drives great!
I had one tire that was flat and one that I was filling weekly. When they called to discuss the vehicle, I was told the front tread was bad after 30K miles on my tires, but the back tread was like new. I asked what caused the flats and they hadn't even looked at the problems yet. It is clear, LS is not about serving the customer but about making sales. Today was not a good time, I had to wait an hour and forty-five minutes to have a new battery installed in my Toyota Highlander. I also had to pay 25$ for installation after the waiting! The previous Les SCHWAB battery I replaced i purchased in Mar 2018 8 years ago. So moral of the story LES SCHWAB sells great battery's!
Chanel and Chris did an amazing job of taking care of all my vehicle issue, great communication, honesty, and really cared! Best Les Shwabb location, I'm loyal thanks to them! Highly recommend!!
We have used Les Schwab tires for over 25 years. The tires haven't changed, they are the best for this part of the country.
