Aden was awesome, had kind of a weird situation with a tire on my old F150 and he got me sorted out. Hands down some of the best customer service I’ve ever gotten at a repair shop/tire shop. If you get work done here ask for Aden!
Got both my vehicles inspected for brakes. Now they are running smooth. Alignment on the one got it to perform more responsive on the road. Knowledgeable and helpful team. Recommend.
They repack the bearings in my cargo trailer and made sure the air pressure was correct in the tires. I’m a happy customer.
I always go to Les Schwab for my vehicle needs. I have been a customer for 30 years. The Smokey Point branch has been amazing for me. The techs have been knowledgable and everything they have done has been perfect. My last tires from Schwab lasted 16 years and aged out before the tread did. They have done other work on my 2008 Ford Escape and I have always been completely satisfied. I am a loyal Les Schwab customer.
I had the best experience at this Les Schwab. Chris was fantastic. I had my tires replaced and the car noise was really loud. He helped figure out that it wasn't the treads on the tire but it was the bearings that need to be replaced. He fixed it today and now my car is quiet like it used to be. I am so pleased!! Chris went above and beyond helping me out. Couldn't ask for better service.
