Extremely disappointed with this shop. They charged me $70 just to change the tire on my truck trailer. They didn’t even repair my flat tire—they simply removed it and installed the spare tire that I already had with me. Normally, this type of work costs around $35–40, so charging $70 for such a simple tire swap is completely unreasonable. The service was poor, and I felt overcharged. Came in and got quotes for three tire possibilities. I settled on the most expensive, 1726.84 which had to be ordered. I was promised a call if the tires were not on site by my 8:00 am Friday appt. After pulling my car in and waiting 20 minutes I was informed that two of the tires sent were the wrong size. I guess when they get shipments they don't check them too closely. Aden was awesome, had kind of a weird situation with a tire on my old F150 and he got me sorted out. Hands down some of the best customer service I’ve ever gotten at a repair shop/tire shop. If you get work done here ask for Aden!
Got both my vehicles inspected for brakes. Now they are running smooth. Alignment on the one got it to perform more responsive on the road. Knowledgeable and helpful team. Recommend.
