I received great service and got some good advice for what I feel was a fair priceI, really do feel like I got more for less.
I have always had excellent experiences with Les Schwab at other locations. The staff were friendly, efficient, and customer focused every time. Unfortunately, my visit to the Wenatchee location was completely different. When I made my appointment, I was only given the option for a drop off. Don’t waste your time if you’ve got an older/rough around the edges vehicle. ‘93 Jeep. Made an appointment and went to get an alignment, only for some guy to deny me the service and tell me that my car was completely unsafe to drive and needed to be towed. Which is funny because just the day before I came to Les Schwab another shop inspected and greased all the joints in my suspension and recommended I get an alignment, with no other notes.
