Just got back from getting my riding lawn mower flat tire repaired. They charged me $21. I have never been charged in the past. I understand they have every right to do that. Just like I have every right to take my tire buying business elsewhere in the future. Wish I could give them zero stars.
Daughter had to order a run flat tire for her car Monday and was told it would be here on Thursday or Friday. Needless to say they never ordered the tire and here she sits on a 3 day holiday and can’t go any were. I asked them what they could do for her, it fell on deaf ears. I’ve patronized Les Schwab since 1968, never again. They never offered her free installation or a single thing. How come your service has fallen to such a new low?
RecommendedScheduled an appointment online for a tire rotation, when I arrived I was told they would take in my car when they had an open bay....I found this strange after I had made an appointment and arrived on time. After waiting 30 minutes, my car was taken in and the tires were rotated....just rotated. The air pressure wasn’t checked, because I checked and they were all different. Hello Linda. I'm sorry for the issues you experienced during your appointment. Even with scheduled appointments, we do have to have an open bay to work on your car. This typically doesn't take long, and we schedule appointments for one hour to accommodate for potential overflow from previous appointments. No matter where I go in the United States Les Schwab tire centers have been spot on for service and always go the distance to make sure I'm saving as much money as possible. My closest Les Schwab on Francis Ave in Spokane Wa. has gone above and beyond the call to make sure this new widow is safe on the roads. Thanks Curtis ( manager) for your attention to detail.
