I went into Yuba City Les Schwab on 9/10/2021 to get the air checked in my tires due to tire pressure light being on. I pull into the first bay and was instructed to go 2 bays over. I pull up and while the technician is checking my tires, another employee starts to take a tire off the rack next to me, and HITS MY CAR DOOR!!. RecommendedGreat customer service! I was in and out in 15 minutes ( I made an appointment). They fixed a nail in my tire no charge! Awesome place!
My most recent experience has left me dissatisfied with the customer service. Too much to type details here. I tried to send to customer service online but was unable to select the submit option.
Les Schwab Yuba City, what can I say. They did an excellent job, on repairing my tire and trying to find, the cause of the slow link on the other; which is still linking air, from somewhere.

Tim at Les Schwab tire center in yuba City help me get to Chico airport with my dog to deliver a whole car full of donations for the animals. My home is in Sacramento.
