Took my car there to change 2 tires and brake a couple of months ago. Took me 2 days be cause they didn't have parts. Then later, they send me a letter, said it those tires the gave me were recalled, they ask me bring back the car then they replaced it with 2 cheap Hankook tires not even side, since then you problems all the time. I come back to them a couple of time for services Flat tires. (2 of the continental tires I change it at America tires before still working good). Love this place and the people that work here! I have done all my assignments here. They did a great job with our Tesla Model 3 alignment and they even were able to align my FFR 818!
Tried to charge for work that wasn't actually done, and they seemed shocked that I was mad about it.

These guys got us (our church bus) in quickly, identified the problem and fixed it quickly. We are currently waiting but feel confident they will do it right the first time. Thanks to Dylan and all the other guys at this place. You guys are awesome, professional and knowledgeable.
The staff at Les Schwab was quick and efficient. The manager there went over options for my full tire issue rather than just quoting a full replacement story that I had heard from multiple other tire/car places. I was in and out on my lunch break, and back on the road with peace of mind. Would recommend to everyone to check this location out.
