I was a little leery going into the shop. A previous experience made me very nervous about the competence of Les Schwab employees. HOWEVER, this shop brought my confidence in Les Schwab back! They were friendly, very professional, while showing great respect and teamwork. (I was able to observe how they worked with each other because I had to wait for a part to be replaced that take's awhile). Worst Customer Service Ever – I had a tire problem on way way from Bellingham, WA to the Keystone ferry. I called ahead and asked Pat Rimmer Les Schwab in Burlington, WA if they could help. They said they could and I arrived, purchasing four new tires from them. Two if not three of the tires I had on the car when I arrived were still in excellent shape, and being that they were expensive performance tires I asked to have them (the three old tires) bagged and put into the back of my car. Fixed my fire: fast and free – I came in with one of my rear tires leaking air. Even before I parked an associate came over greeted me, and asked what I was coming in for. He took the keys promptly and said that they would fix it right up. After no more than 10 minutes spent in their waiting room, stocked with free coffee and popcorn, the same associate who took my keys and performed the work came inside and called my name.
