Plains Tires has some of the most knowledgeable staff. They are efficient, honest, and trustworthy. This is a rare find in Casper. We take all of our vehicles here for tires, oil changes, brakes, rims, even wipers. They have the best management team that are always friendly and ready to help. I have even called them from out of state when I had problems to get their advice and they were very helpful. So thankful they are in Casper.

I want to thank the people at Pains Tire for their help with fixing our tire and allowing us to keep to our schedule on our cross country RV trip. They were very professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company.

Balanced my tires INCORRECTLY had to go to Discount Tire to get the job done correctly. I would NOT use this TIRE STORE AGAIN. Cost me time & Money I don't like paying Twice and spending hours waiting at a tire shop. THEY DONT DESERVE TO BE IN BUSISNES

Had steering wheel shake at 60 MPH went to this les schawb tire store on 7/8/15 to get front wheels balanced. Was told it would be an hour wait, after waiting over an hour my car was taken into their shop. after waiting another 45 min and seeing no work being done. I asked if there were a problem. Was told the tech was looking for parts for my car, that bushings needed replacing. I told him I wanted my tires balanced. So only then, was this done. I set up an appointment for an alignment at 11:00 am on week in advance when I got there they told me it would be an hour. When I came back my truck was still parked where I left it. When I ask if my truck was done the front counter didn't know then the guy who was going to work on my truck told me they were busy? so I got in my truck and left.

I have been a loyal customer of Les Schwab for over 20 years now at the Lake Oswego OR location. We have been customers for many years and had really good customer service up until the last 5 years. I had a flat tire and the tire was less than a year old and brought it in today the day before Christmas Eve and was told that it was not fixable due to a puncture of some sort that went in and out. July 4th, 2014, the trailer broke down with a frozen wheel bearing and parked in the O'Reilliy's Auto Part lot in Lake Stevens. A gentleman walks up with his 5 year old (?) son in hand and gives us some advice as to how to remove the bearing racer stuck on the axel. I asked him have you done this before and he says quite a lot. I thank him for the advice as he leaves. Needing a grinder I head home to get one while my son continues to work on the trailer. I was driving along the highway when the alternator in my Mini Cooper started going out. I was able to pull into the Les Schwab in Sherwood just before closing time. They checked my car out to make sure it wasn't the battery. Bobby made several calls to find someone in the area who could work on my car. Everybody was closed so he left messages, reconnected the following morning and hooked us up. On top of this he called the closest AAA and hooked us up with them.
