First time! Last time! Needed an alignment which is typical bait and switch! Rust. No shit! Penetrating oil and heat is 9 out of 10 times what you do but instead they want $2,000.00 Go luck with that! Must've been one of these 20-year-old mechanics that Script or watch the YouTube video. Stay away! I literally had Alignment 4-5 months ago and hit a Pothole now it can't be aligned🤔 Okay whatever

Had a great wonderful experience. Every time you go to a tire place you feel like they’re just trying to get your new tire. They were so helpful. Fix all the issues. We have definitely a trustworthy place. And the staff is super friendly
I've been coming to this Les Schwab for a few years now, and I'm always impressed by how genuinely kind and helpful everyone is. This review is especially for Shawn. I came in on a Saturday in a pretty stressful situation. I was convinced my whole day was about to fall apart because I couldn't be without my car. Shawn didn't hesitate for a second. I went to Les Schwab because a reject mobile mechanic did an awful job. He replaced my control arm and left out a few bolts, making my car unsafe. However went to Les Schwab at lakeside and was greeted and helped by Mike, Shawn, and Markus. All three treated me with the upmost respect. Not only did they fix the issues this idiot did, but charged me half price. These gentlemen were honestly the best I have ever worked with, the made my car roadworthy, and safe to drive. Thank you guys you are the best.
