Even though they were nice enough to give my lady a ride home to get on her oxygen and they did good jobs putting the tires on both vehicles however, on my equinox, my two rear tires seem to be not balanced or aligned considering once you get over 60 miles an hour the rear Part of the vehicle shakes. These are the last people to touch my vehicle and I am still waiting for a call back to see when I can bring it down there and they can go over it and make sure my safety is not at risk
I just want to take a moment and give some recognition to Les Schwab and the things they do for the community. They recently participated in a backpack and school supply giveaway in the Broomfield area. Me and my daughter were blessed when we ran into a man named Seth there. I could see that all of the workers had their heart into what they were doing that day. Made an appointment for nail in tire on 8/11, showed up early and it still took 2 hours before my car was completed. On top of that they didn't put the hubcap on, we called and they never called back so we went back and sure enough they had the hubcap. LS typically does a solid job for me and my business but this visit was a disappointment.
Sean (sp?) was amazing! He explained why he had to do the things he had to do with my breaks and shocks. I feel like my car was in great hands and was a great deal delivered by excellent customer service. Thanks so much!
This place is a disaster. I scheduled an appointment to fix a flat, showed up on time, and they wasted 2 hours of my life without even looking at it. I've been loyal to Les Schwab for over ten years.... but time to reconsider that now.
