I needed to get oil change done on my truck, visited the shop and made appointments for 1pm same day under impression that it would be less than one hour wait, but it took near 2 hours and the price was changed from $129 when made appointment to $156 when checked out for 2 extra quart of synthetic oil. Almost $30 less for the same service at GM dealers.

We were so impressed with Leo when visited the Norco Les Schwab recently. We were here from out of town and unexpectedly had an issue. Leo did a thorough job checking our ride tip to stern, he was professional, polite, and explained each issue in a way that was understandable to the layman. We highly recommend Leo specifically as we worked most with him; but all the folks from scheduling to pick up were very cordial and helpful.
Once again they've more than met my needs and expectations with respect to isolating problems with my car and fixing them. Many thanks to the front office staff, Jose and Elmer for all their consistent 'great work' and customer service.
