Car was making an odd noise and was pretty sure it was just something lodged in the brakes or something. I was able to come in and they fixed it with no issue.
Everyone that I encountered at the front desk was polite and helpful. We were happy with the work that WAS done!... I am however disappointed that I was not offered a alignment before I came to pick up my car (which was there getting all new tires put on). Since I'm not the professional, I didn't know alignment wasn't part of what I was getting especially since I requested the free alignment inspection. Not impressed with the customer service. Feels real cold at this location.
Walk-in for tire repair, done in 2 hours even that was a busy day. Received complimentary tire repair which was a surprise. Will come back for future business if any.
Great shop - plugged my leaking tire in just a few hours and had no problems with the wheel and tire even though they are oversized. Thanks!!!
