I got a flat earlier this year. Small enough puncture that a plug from my MTB tubeless repair kit could stop the leak. Got to the Les Schwab later that night to ask how much a permanent repair would cost. To my surprise, it was free. With only 20 min till the end of their business hours, they managed to patch it. No problems whatsoever with the tire since then. Great service and super friendly staff!
My husband told me to get two of my tires checked. I called ahead to check the wait time, I was told two hours. When I came in i was told it would be 90 minutes to two hours. The guy behind the counter was very kind and gracious. I left just under 90 minutes. it was a great suprise. It was all under warranty or something, so it didnt cost me anything. Which was a great suprise. I really enjoyed my experience, it was like gucci level customer experience.
