Im very very disappointed with the check-in process and lack of communication I experienced yesterday. I scheduled an appointment on line, which asks why your coming in. I was 5-min early for my 10:30am appt. The person checking me in asked what services were needed. I had several needed, alignment, confirm the tire sensor is working properly, check tires, there is a slow leak on the front drivers side. I was repeatedly assured they will check all my tires. They're very knowledgeable, very attentive and they treat you with respect and great attitude. They fix my tired and did not charge me. Thank you.
Really quick service, my car needed an alignment and new tire and I expected it to take at least 3-4 hours. To my surprise they had my car ready for pickup within an hour of dropping it off
Great place to get tires, service was excellent and I'm very happy with the tires that I bought. I bought the tires online and submitted an appointment, I dropped my truck off It was finished in the time that they said it would be. But here's the best part I also wanted and alignment, they checked it out and got back to me and said that an alignment did not need to be done. That shows how honest this business really is.
Got there 10 minutes prior to appointment time checked in. Ended up getting keys back and leaving after 40 minutes and they didn't do a damn thing. Poorly run. Not professional
