GREAT people here attentive courtesy was great the customer area was very clean and pleasant to wait in even for a short period colby did a GREAT job and everything perfect
I scheduled to have my tires replaced and an alignment. I left the car in the evening the day before and they called me around lunch time the following day to let me know it was ready. They checked the alignment and didn't try to upsell me. It was good and didn't need to be done. Everyone was super friendly and I'll be going back!
I've been going to this Les Schwab for years. Each time I go they are straight forward and let me know what I need and what I will need in the future. I always get my tires from them. I recently went to go get my tire checked out because it kept going flat. He showed my where my tire was leaking air but would of been a hard place to patch. Since I bought the tire from there and it had a good amount of tread depth it fell under warranty and they were able to provide me with a new tire. They fixed my flat for free. Needed new rear shocks and brakes. Decent price so I went ahead and got it done there.
