This is by far the friendliest place with the best customer service in all of Northern Colorado. I’ve been here several times, and every visit has been such a positive experience. The staff is always so kind, take the time to explain things clearly, and as a woman, I truly appreciate that I never feel taken advantage of because of my limited car knowledge. Went this morning to get new tires put on and they told me I needed new struts; $1900. Called my mechanic who just inspected my car 5 months ago and he told me that there was no way Les Schwab would know that by just changing my tires. My mechanic told me what to listen for and notice and that has not been happening. Buyer BE AWARE; SCAM ALERT!!
