I've been going to Les Schwab since the 90s when my parents brought it their vehicles to be serviced, it has always been my go to tire shop since I started driving myself, I recently came in for a rotation and was surprised to hear from one of the technicians that my tiers needed to be replaced asap, My tires have about 45K on them and they offered to replace them with the same exact tires for about $1200, the representative at the counter said these tires come with a 60K warranty, I was kinda of stumped because then shouldn... read more
I got to the La Schwab on River Road at 9:30. It is now quarter to one my car has not even been looked at and nobody told me I was gonna sit here for four hours to get a patch on my tire if I was told that then I would’ve went home made an appointment and came back. Super bad customer service Will never go here again. We’ll go to Firestone.
This place is awesome. They people were really nice. I had brakes done and then a week or so later ended up with a couple crews in my tire. (2 different tires) They patched them up with no additional cost just to keep me driving safe. You can't be at customer service like that.
Always excellent service here.
