No longer good service. The manager ignored me. The sales guy rolled his eyes. Just wanted some air in my tires. I'll go somewhere else.

I have been a loyal customer of Newport OR. location, and never had an issue until recently when I took my truck there to see why it was slightly vibrating when I turn to the right. I waited an hour for them to check things out. They told me about brakes needing fixed, and i should get new tires. I thanked them and as I drove off my brakes wouldn't engage until the pedal was almost to the floor, it was vibrating worse than when I brought it in, and I've had to put Brake fluid in about 3 times since. Somehow, I ended up with a big screw in my front passenger tire of our family SUV. Luckily my daughter noticed, and I immediately drove to Les Schwab. It was leaking fast;you could hear it. They got us in and out in less than 30 minutes from when I walked in the door, and no charge! Pretty awesome! Thank you for such outstanding service, and getting us back on the road quickly and safely. : )
We were pulling our travel trailer on our way to a campground in Newport when we started having trouble with our breaks. The staff at Les Schwab quickly found and fixed the problem so we could be safely on our way! So grateful for their help.
