I took the snowblower to them as I thought the belt was loose, so I asked them to check and replace, plus a tune-up perhaps. 1 week later got a call saying it will be $350. Told them no, just do the bearing (flagged) and the belt. Another week later, got a call saying main pulley broke while they tried to get to the bearing, it will be $450 to fix and we have to wait week/months for parts from US.
