This by far has to be the WORST experience I've ever had with any shop in all of the 11 years I've been getting my hair braided. Unknowing to me the owner called in someone to braid my hair that she later told me was inexperienced, within a week my hair was unraveling at the root. I went in to let her know and she agreed to rebraid what was coming down.
