As beautiful as this place looks on the outside, the inside is very questionable. I noticed very quickly the tools my nail tech were using were not brand new, they were used such as nail files, clippers, sponges, etc. Clearly a huge red flag. During my pedicure, my tech had to go do someone else’s eyebrows and I can’t help but think she didn’t wash her hands before and after doing that client. Went to have my nails done here and had a terrible experience. Had a new nail tech who clearly should not be on her own yet. Had 3 or 4 people around her at all times telling her how to do her job, guiding her and then argued with me over nail shape and claiming that they were too short for her to shape them. There was acrylic stuck from the nail to my skin, and then she cut me with a clipper when trying to remove it.
