Absolutely amazing service and I loved my nails!!! I asked for a rather hard design and the lady doing my nails did absolutely incredible!! She was also very kind and patient, willing to fix and adjust anything I wanted on a whim whether it was adjusting a shade of pink or taking extra care to make sure the dots on my nails looked identical on both sets of acrylics.
I understand there may be a language barrier but when you ask for a service you expect after they repeat back that it was heard and understood,so that being said a Mani/Pedi turned into just a pedicure which was done well but again they missed doing color on one of the two after being told,then to finalize the experience charged the same for both despite no color for one,overall the place is very nice but service and attention to detail are lacking
Worst service ever. I specifically asked for thick eyebrows, but the staff completely ignored my request and made them thin. Very unhappy with the service and results.
Fantastic service and one of the best pedicures I have ever had. They also did really well with my 5 year old daughter! Great experience!
Always a great experience! Happy with the polish and designs we got. Super nice that they are able to accommodate several people at once.
