This is an additional review to the one I left five days ago. Review is right under this one. After my original review, the owner responded online and asked me to come back so the issues could be fixed. I called ahead and was told to come in. Once there, I was informed they would only fix the chipped French tips, even though the acrylic was lifting after only a few days and the entire foundation needed correction. I got my nails done with Tina T, she did an amazing job. She is kind, professional, and very good at her job. I appreciate her service.
It has only been four days since I had my nails done, and I am very disappointed with the quality of the service. The polish is already chipping, and the acrylic is lifting. There was no proper shaping near the cuticles, which makes the nails look unnatural, and the acrylic is excessively thick with no defined shape. Additionally, I was charged for multiple add-on services, yet the final result does not reflect the quality or attention to detail those charges should provide.
