I keep calling them, they take my information, they say they will call me back "shortly" - and the call never comes. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere, there is a severe lack of professionalism at LES Mechanique INC.
LES Mécanique installed a new heat pump and furnace at our home recently. The team was a pleasure to work with, walked us through all the options available and shared recommendations. On the day of install the team was there on time and once finished cleaned out everything like they had never been there. Overall a great experience for something most homeowners dread thinking about. Highly recommend this company.
My experience with LES Mecanique was excellent from the initial phone call all the way through the installation. Steven Jr. was professional, courteous, and clear in explaining the systems they offer. There were no delays, and the installation was completed efficiently and to a high standard. The workspace was left very clean afterward.
LES Mecanique is a family operating business that has been in business for over 40 years. They installed a high end heat pump and Furnace ...they were pros...clean and knew what they were doing. Very highly recommended.
