Overall, the experience and the room were outstanding. We only stayed for one night, but this room would have provided perfect accommodations for extended stays for as long as a month. Service and communication was great and a quick phone call helped me to resolve some confusion about whether or not I had booked a parking spot. We walked to and from the Griffentown neighborhood easily and found a great vintage shop along the way. My only complaint is the odor of the garbage bins in the entrance area of the building. The loft is beautiful- very spacious and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable . We didn’t use the kitchen but it looked like it had everything we would have needed. We were just there for a concert and the neighbourhood was a bit scary coming back late at night. We felt safe in the loft though as there was a coded door to the building. We would stay again if we were attending another concert in that location.

Only deal with this accommodation brand when in Montreal......stay every year for boys weekend with the Habs....easy booking process, check-in process.....spacious units and very decently priced....units are equipped with everything you need to make a meal....stay once in one of these units and a regular hotel room just never seems big enough.....and as a repeat customer, 30% discount applied....top shelf experience and can't wait until next year's visit.....Merci

Everything was perfect: layout, parking, location, and easy to check-in and check-out. Only thing was the smell in the bathroom: sewage smell after shower, toile seat was shaky, toilet smell in the bathroom.
