The place offers great value for the price. The location is very quiet, although somewhat out of the way, but it’s also within walking distance of our Atwater Market. What I have to say is exemplary is the service; we checked in at midnight, and there’s always someone available to answer your call and address any questions. We stayed here in March 2026. The central location provided ease to commute to Old Montreal as well as St. Catherine’s Street. However, I did not enjoy its street location. The linens and towels were clean. The bathroom was nice. The bathtub had not been cleaned and the overall cleanliness of the loft was not acceptable. While the floors were clean, the mini split required cleaning and would discharge black soot material each time it was turned on. The curtains were dirty as was the couch. Great location, close to many eateries. Place is large, well equipped and clean! Appreciated that they provided many towels! Highly responsive as well. Would stay again.

Magnifique logement proche Métro et commerces. La propreté, les équipements, la literie et la décoration sont irréprochables. Le quartier est très calme. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre première expérience canadienne !
