The place itself was fine -very modern, clean, had everything you needed, and was in a good location. It's really the company/reservation I am not happy with. 1) the booking page said there was a car park - there absolutely was not. When we checked in, we were told only 2 locations have one and ours wasn't one and they were now full. It was fine - parking on the street wasn't terrible, we just wish we knew. 2). Très mauvaise experience. Il y a eu une fête dans l'unité à côté. Nous avons appelé le service à la clientèle au milieu de la nuit, afin qu'ils enforce leur politique "aucun party" affiché sur leur site. Aucune action concrète n'a été prise. Nous n'avons pas dormi de la nuit. Un très maigre dédommagement nous a été accordé. Lorsqu'on a indiqué qu'on allait laisser une mauvaise critique, ils nous ont indiqué qu'ils allaient effacer notre commentaire de leur site. La place est incroyable !!!! Nous recommandons fortement, la réservation était très facile, le loft était très propre avec pleins d’équipements, facile à trouver, facile d’accès, rien à dire !!

Modern, large, and clean apartment suite. Easy to check in, everything necessary in unit. Supermarkets and good restaurants nearby. Old Quebec 20 min walk. King bed, good for a couple or a parent and a child.
