I received service from HCAC today, and I’m very satisfied with the experience. The technician, Jean-Luc, was extremely polite, respectful, and professional. He cleaned and repaired both of my AC units — the indoor zone unit and the main outdoor machine — efficiently and with great care. He also took the time to inspect the air exchanger, patiently explained the issues, and informed me that I would receive an estimate for the necessary repairs.
