I got hair extensions for the first time and I absolutely love them! I thought I was a hopeless case since I’ve started losing hair over stress and hormones (I had a hysterectomy), but Darlene gave me hope. She presented me with all of my options and realistic expectations. She was so patient and answered all of my questions. I didn’t just feel like a client, I felt like she truly cared. Side note, this salon is well kept and clean. The rest of the staff is kind as well! I 10 out of 10 recommend!
This place is literally a unique experience all its own ! All the technicians have an amazing vibe and genuine attitude and that comes through right away! Great service every time I go! My hair is gorgeous , I get compliments all the time !!! Darlene is my stylist and I absolutely love her ! Shes a true artist !
This place after the change of management went way way way down in quality. All the stylist are young and have zero experience. All the stylist seem to be new to cosmostology and need help cutting my hair. Then they turn around and charge me as if I had received a professional cut. Would never go back to this salon and don't recommend anyone risk going also. Also charge 3$ to pay with card to top it all off. Worst haircut my wife ever got she says.
I get my hair done here, as well as my mom and everything about Sanctuary is perfection!! Darlene and Maria do my hair ♥️ I always leave happy, they go above and beyond. So happy I have a salon home ✨
My appointment honestly ended up being one of the best nights of my year. The service, the energy, everything Sanctuary does just feels magical. I left feeling so good, so refreshed and obsessed with my hair! I haven’t stopped thinking about that night, and I seriously can’t wait to come back! Maria had the most calming hands ever when washing my hair. It was my favorite part! Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a luxury experience that also feels super personal and welcoming. Just like a home away from home
