Zero stars if I could. My neighbour in NDG hired this roofing company to redo the roof on their duplex, and what a disaster they left behind for the entire street. The actual roofing might look okay from the sidewalk, but the moment they packed up and left, it was obvious they have zero professionalism and zero respect for the neighbourhood. Not very happy with duro toit. My daughter and others used them and were happy..They were here a full week for a split level, they had created cracks over 2 windows and a big Crack in the master. Had them here finally after sending them a couple of emails with pictures, the a worker came by, to look at the damage, he said he would get back to us with an answer. Good quality work. Very impressed with their communication. Even when there was a problem they would rectify it and would find a solution. Would recommend
From beginning to end, a totally professional, polite, and clean service. Couldn't be happier. Everything was explained in detail, and when their teams came to do the work, we barely knew that they were here which was important since I work from home - this is NOT typical, I can usually here roofers yelling (and swearing) from two blocks away - LOL. Very impressed, highly recommended.
