I stayed in the building for 3 months on a short-term sublet. The absolute highlight of my stay was seeing Thomas every day. He was warm, welcoming and always willing to help. He came to my rescue multiple times, thank you Tommy!
Concierge Thomas is the best employee of my building. He kept my 400$ chair which was about to be lost. I am glad he is in lobby every morning.
