I just wanted to leave a huge shoutout to Ryan, one of the amazing volunteers at the YMCA! He was an absolute sweetheart and worked one-on-one with my son Roman, teaching him how to use the gym equipment. He was so patient, kind, and encouraging - Roman felt like a superstar! Ryan went above and beyond, spending extra time with him and making sure he felt confident. We're so grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for guidance at the Y! Thank you, Ryan, for making a difference in Roman's life!
2 stars for a great layout and great swimming facility. Not impressed with the staff - they didn’t set up my profile correctly and we didn’t get a swimming lesson spot for my little one because of it. That was the entire reason for joining in the first place. If someone had just taken the time to explain the process and set up the profile correctly, we would’ve been happy campers.
