Saqar was so nice and she served me perfectly.
We’ve been regular visitors at this community pool, but the experience has become increasingly frustrating due to inconsistent enforcement of unclear policies. Depending on the lifeguard on duty, the rules seem to change. The current policy requires children under 6 to remain within arm’s reach of a parent at all times even if the child can easily pass the swim test and demonstrates strong swimming ability. When I moved to Dundas, I cancelled My membership... Figured I'd find a place on the main drag. Then I had to sign back up again because there's no gym as good as this one in all of Hamilton. So I signed back up and take the 23-25 minute drive. Definitely worth it!
Some of the staff at the ymca are rude. The ymca wasn't a good Experience for me anyway
