Horaire rigide et non adéquat pour les élèves, prix exorbitants.
Mes 3 enfants sont suivis depuis qu'ils sont tout-petits par Elaine Larochelle. Elle est vraiment excellente avec les enfants et très a l'écoute et douce. Le personnel est tres amical. L'endroit et très propre et bien amenage pour les enfants (il y a une salle de jeux). Les enfants adorent recevoir leurs récompenses à la fin du nettoyage. Ils n'ont pas du tout peur du dentiste car depuis le début ils les ont super sécurisés avec leurs approche très bienveillante. After experiencing worrying dental symptoms over night, over New Year, and as recommended by 811, I called Sante Sourire, which is not my regular dentist( closed for the week). I requested an emergency appointment on the 3 January. I did not expect to get a response to my voice mail as I was not a patient and was concerned about a week-end suffering with dental pain. The receptionist is rude and unprofessional. She has zero patience and doesn’t know how to talk to people in a polite manner. I do not recommend this place!
Amazing staff, very kind. Dr. Marwan Hbeika is the best dentist, very professional and gentle with his patients. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a great dentist.
