I stopped by Les Bois Veterinary Hospital yesterday to to buy the CD (for crystals) cat food for my cat MYMY which I have been doing for about 10 years since being referred to them from Ada Vet with a script. So that being said, I go to the door (they only allow one customer at a time with covid and all, which is fine. The lady comes out and starts saying loudly I don't recognize your face over and over, I said I'm here to buy cat food as I've been doing for years, mind you that I had a mask on with glasses. RecommendedThese people are AMAZING!!! We’ve seen many staff come and go since we’ve been utilizing their services since 1983 and they are always phenomenal! The doctors are top notch and really care for our pets (even giving praise when it takes 5 people to hold our girl down til she trusted them with her first injury 😉). Caring wonderful vet! – When getting a new puppy we asked all our friends and interviewed many area vets to make sure they were familiar with the breed. We settled on Les Bois based on three friend's recommendations. We've now been taking both our dogs there for over four years. Once on an emergency, Dr. Bob cleared his afternoon appointments to do a quick ear surgery on our older dog. His handywork saved her an infection and made her ear look good as new. This is the only place we take our dog Dr Peterson is a great vet and everyone at Les Bois has always taken excellent care of our pooch. They even recommended that we purchase our meds online to save money.
Les Bois Veterinary Hospital is TERRIBLE. I had a horrible experience with this place. After taking our dogs there for over 13 years -- 13 years worth of vet bills with them and them alone - my 11 year old dog had a grand mal seizure one night and I took him in first thing the next morning.

The vet there personally chewed us out because we wanted to stay with our dog, not just drop him off, after all, he DID have a grand mal seizure that lasted over 2 minutes, we did NOT want to just leave him.
