Très mauvais service à la clientèle et les 2 installations de la sonnette Skybell ont été défectueuses en moins d’un an. J’ai payé pour 2 installations dont 1 qui ne fonctionne plus du tout. Il y avait une garantie d’un an sur la sonnette mais Alarmes VIP ne l’a jamais honorée.
