This dental clinic is beyond terrible! It doesn't deserve even 0 star! During my appointment, there was another patient with the same name as mine. They took me to a room, but it turned out that I was taken to the wrong one. Meanwhile, the other patient with my name was mistakenly sent to the room meant for me. After completing the checkup and entering the details into their system, they realized my information is not according to their records. I joined Lerwick Dental Practice last week. Lovely waiting room with a friendly, plesant reception. Amazing Dentist's. Very happy with my treatments.
I cannot thank this practice enough. From my first phone call of utter despair when my old front veneer fell off two days before a holiday to Japan to the prompt, kind and efficient temporary repair - which is still holding firm !
