Called for warranty repair on a heat pump they installed 9 years ago. When they were installed we were told we have an extended warranty from 5 years to 10. 1st visit to diagnose - technician was pleasant. He said that we lost refrigerant and that there "must be" a leak in the line and that we would need the line replaced. He didn't actually find the leak.
