Receptionist was very friendly. They didn’t do what I had asked them to do- check the structure and suspension. They checked all the mechanical items (not requested) and didn’t worry about the accident my vehicle was in, likely because insurance had the body fixed first. I turned on my AC when I picked up the vehicle and it was extremely loud (wasn’t an issue prior. Unless you already know exactly what needs to be fixed or replaced, I would strongly recommend avoiding this shop especially for diesel vehicles. Based on my experience, they lack the expertise and thorough diagnostic approach needed for more complex issues. I had a very frustrating experience with this shop when I brought in my Ford Transit.
