DO NOT RECOMMEND. Recently had a design done for some retaining walls, the design result is not what was asked for and was told it can not be designed the way we wanted it aesthetically. How ever we sought advise from another firm and had great service from them and had the design done aesthetically how we wanted. After all this Leroy Palmer Consulting still forced bill payment.
