Very kind and friendly n knowledgeable on vehicle repairs
Tim came in on his day off to repair my car, and worked tirelessly to find the parts he needed to make the repair as quickly as possible. He came in on a Sunday to finish the repairs so my wife and I could get on the road in time for us to reach our destination. I’ve never seen someone take such personal attention and care for a customer/stranger.
He told me to bring my truck in on Wednesday and said it would be next. End of the day rolls around and he never called. We called him and he never even started the job. Why give appointments if you aren't going to do the work? We ended up picking the truck back up because we didn't want to play games.
