Never Lease from this real estate as they never going to give your bond back. Property 1/12-14 lydbrook street is full of mold and pigeons shit in the balconies I hired a professional cleaner from these guys and paid $600 . Still they charged me $900 extra for cleaning on top because balconies are not clean enough. The whole property have pigeons and bin area is always messy and dirty.
