Sarah Scott was my admission counselor. Within just a few minutes of meeting I experienced the most bizarre ableism. She stated her agenda for the meeting and turned it back to me to ask if that was ok. I took that opportunity to mention time to respond to some specifics I emailed her about. I thoroughly appreciate the social-justice focus at this school. It reaches a level that most institutions barely graze. That being said, they are wildly disorganized and rarely there to support you when their disorganization costs you time and money. On several occasions, their inability to function as an actual solidified institution has made my life, and the lives of my peers, unnecessarily difficult.
