I had a strange experience. I booked an appointment for a facial and then got an email it was cancelled. I thought maybe it was an error so I re-booked for the same date. Everything seemed to go through, I got an email confirmation with an address on W. Saginaw Highway, drove there on the date on my appointment, and discovered that this business did not exist at that location.
