I used this office for my pregnancy as well as postpartum. I haven't encountered any scheduling issues, they have always been pite and quick and the facility clean. I saw Dr. Lerner for some concerns (galactorrhea 20 months post weaning, amenorrhea, pelvic pains, prior history of cysts, etc). I usually have been hand waved away and dismissed regarding my concerns, as Im fairly certain I have endometriosis and maybe a hormone imbalance since the pregnancy. I've been coming here for years and it's incredibly frustrating each time I do. I called trying to make an appointment because I had a few concerns and was told I would have to pay my balance BEFORE I scheduled and that they wouldn't allow me to just pay when I came in. I used to be a patient of Ryan Brosch and when I told him the birth control I was on was making me depressed, he proceeded to say, "2020 was a hard year for us all don't you think?"
