I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond disappointing. My father was recently diagnosed with lung cancer, and we were sent to this cardiologist for surgical clearance before an upcoming procedure. Given the seriousness of the situation, we expected at least a basic level of compassion and professionalism.
