Customer service has been stellar. It was a little nerve-wracking for us to make such a large purchase from a company so far away. We're in the US and Leredd is in Australia. But I had searched everywhere for a vertical lift for our red light panels and this product was absolutely perfect. Communication was prompt and helpful. Our order arrived timely and in good condition. We are thrilled and so excited to put it into use. I highly recommend Leredd!!
