There aren’t words to describe how awful of an experience it was working with them. It took them forever to do anything and the work was so awful we had to bring on someone else to fix all the mistakes after giving them numerous chances. The final excuse from the owner after 8 months on a job that should have taken 4 months was, it was probably too hot outside for his crew which is why the work was done so poorly. Stay far away.
We recently had Lerch Brothers tackle three jobs - replace a front porch and landscape around it; rebuild and enlarge our back patio, adding a sitting wall and a new walkway, along with new landscaping; and take out two small ponds and completely redo the landscaping in a central area of the yard. We were extremely pleased with the whole process. Each person in their team was very professional and skilled, and also listened to and incorporated any feedback we had during the process. I'd seen several examples of Lerch work and I was very impressed, so I wanted them to quote our backyard. It took several follow ups for me to actually get an appointment. I met with Brett on June 27th, and truthfully I loved him! I told my husband this was definitely going to be the company for the job. Brett asked if there was any rush on the quote because he was on vacation the following week and I said no. July 12th I still hadn't heard anything so I reached out.
