best quality ever with great customer service
Danger ! Accident waiting to happen! The glass handle came off the hot pot as I lifted it off the burner and almost severely burned me. This product should be recalled immediately.
I wish I could give them ZERO stars. I don't know if I've even had a worst experience purchasing online. It all started with inaccurate and confusing website descriptions that created a need for a return. Customer service has to start the return but they are very hard to reach. They NEVER answer the phone...tried 8-10 times. I had to email 3-4 times to even get a response, very frustrating. It took more than a month to get my money refunded.
