We stopped here on our way to Vancouver, and it was such a pleasant surprise. We ordered a grilled cheese, a veggie sandwich, a few cookies, and coffee—everything was absolutely delicious. The place was spotless, cozy, and very welcoming. We probably won’t have many chances to come back (maybe on a future road trip), but if you’re lucky enough to be nearby, don’t miss it. It’s definitely worth a stop!
The only reason I’m leaving a 3-star review is to ask a genuine question. I noticed that Lepp’s Market has a “No Tipping” sign, but I didn’t see the same approach at places like the Bakehouse. Is this a location-specific initiative, or is Lepp’s considering moving away from the growing expectation of tipping everywhere?
