Justin I see you left a review. I never do there but after seeing it I want to advise the world that Shane is the rental manager and I also have had similar experiences. Shaun/shawn is an awesome sales person who goes above and beyond. I have bought several pieces from him. Justin if you would be so kind to correct your review with the proper names that would be great.
I've never left a review but this called for one. I rented an excavator for 1 day at 1145 am. By 640 it was leaking hydraulic profusely from one of the hoses so I shut it down until I could contact them which was 730 am next day. Upon contacting them the Rental manager Shaun asked if I could fix it in which I told him I did but it needed oil. He said he had oil if I would pick it up. After completing everything it was 1030am. Worked with Shawn in the Youngstown location on the purchase of a new T66, and I can't say more about how great this experience was. He was helpful, quick to respond, and as knowledgeable as I could ask for. No doubt I'll be back here for any future needs.
