My partner and I rented a skid steer with a brush cutter attachment last week. The price was equivalent to other rental companies in the area but my partner liked the vibe from the representative at Leppo Rents. He picked up the skid steer on a Thursday evening and had it for less than an hour when it started leaking hydraulic fluid and ended up unable to move in the woods 100 ft from our house. At first this was going to be another "service took forever" 1 star review. I had even made an appointment for a 1000 hour service over a month out but even when I brought it in it just sat there. Not sure what the point of an appointment is then - I mean, it's in the name. In the end they made it right without me asking. All businesses make mistakes or fall short of expectations, it's really how it's handled that makes the difference.

Im a contractor for 22 years operating basically out of the Ft Lauderdale area. Avoid this company at all cost. Unfortunately, they have biased if your last name is in spanish. Try to prepaid for a rental, in advance and "corporate" didnt approve it. I cant find any other reason that this people being racist. Im not usually pikcing up this behavoiur (republican all my life), but this went too far.
