When thing go wrong you can only hope that the owners will make it right.Leppo rents went above and beyond to get my tractor right. Purchased a new Bobcat ct2025 tractor in early January from Leppo rents. After several months the front axel began grinding and it was leaking hydrolic fluid from underneath. I wasn't upset because the purchase was from a full line Bobcat dealer. I dropped tractor of May 5th at Leppo rents and expected to wait for a couple of weeks for repairs to be made.....as of July 21 the tractor has not eve... read more
STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSNESS THEY REFUSE TO DO WARRANTY WORK ON BOBCAT EQUIPMENT. Purchased a new Bobcat ct2025 tractor in early January from Leppo rents. I was very, very disappointed in the outcome of taking a machine there for repair. After all the positive comments that are expressed on here, it is incomprehensible that I would have to share my experience. It took months, not weeks to get the machine repaired. The worse part was the implied communication that was supposed to happen. It was virtually non-existent. Every time I would call I would always be given an excuse. Call backs rarely happened.
